Working in direct sales for over two decades, I have been in the top two percent of my industry worldwide; but I have also been in the middle of the pack. I knew the struggle of inconsistency in performance and outcome, and I felt the strain that this unpredictability put on my family.
I said “enough!” to the ups and downs and to the years of being in the moveable middle, and eventually broke down and rebuilt my business. After studying decades of results, systems, and processes I realized that I had all the tools I needed but not using them properly was costing me dearly. I had periods of high performance with the occasional decline to the middle of the pack and I knew that many of my colleagues were doing the same. I consolidated all the data into a battle plan and documented the process so I could guide other salespeople and help them fulfill their greatest potential CONSISTENTLY.
I will not tell you what I’ve observed in others, I will show you what I have done myself.
